Doctoral students belong to the so-called academic mid-level and are automatically members of the University of Lucerne's mid-level academic staff organisation (MOL). The MOL represents the academic mid-level in the committees of the University of Lucerne and in public and is committed to ensuring that doctoral students achieve their professional and academic goals.

The MOL would like to draw your attention to the following information:

• ABOUT US: Information about who belongs to the academic mid-level and the contact persons at the MOL.
• NETWORKING: The MOL meetings take place once a month, at which the academic mid-level staff network informally and exchange ideas.
• KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER: Relevant information for mid-level academic staff is bundled on the MOL website.
