Survey results: The majority of canteen users are satisfied or very satisfied with the quality, the price/performance ratio and the vegetarian-vegan offer. This was the result of a survey conducted by the canteen operator Genossenschaft ZFV-Unternehmungen (ZFV) last November, in which 602 people participated. The results are in line with the feedback to the canteen management.

When asked what they particularly liked about the new offer, sustainability, vegan and vegetarian were mentioned most often. On the other hand, there was a wish for a larger selection of meat. It seems to be little known that the vegetables are seasonal and the products are produced locally. From the feedback, there is also a wish for a more varied range of drinks and vegan snacks at the coffee bar.

As the survey shows, the majority of guests are satisfied or very satisfied with the canteen staff. The points of ambience, available seating and noise level in the canteen were rated more critically.

Based on the feedback, the canteen will make selective adjustments to its offer and inform the public in due course.
