Messages from the University Board
Former post office: renovation and reconstruction
The closure of the post office in the Uni/PH building last year gave the University the opportunity to utilise the vacated rooms. The renovation of these rooms began at the end of November. The work is likely to cause noise, which will also be audible in the Uni/PH building.

Workstations for students during the exam revision period
Looking for a quiet space to read and study? Between the 27th December and the 26th January 2024, spaces will be reserved for students on the basement floor of the Uni/PH building: Lecture halls 11, 12, 13 and 14 and for group work in the tutorium.
The MOL is committed to doctoral students
Doctoral students belong to the so-called academic mid-level and are automatically members of the University of Lucerne's mid-level academic staff organisation (MOL). The MOL represents the academic mid-level in the committees of the University of Lucerne and in public and is committed to ensuring that doctoral students achieve their professional and academic goals.

Strengthen yourself and your mental health!
The Psychological Counselling Centre Campus Lucerne offers personal counselling sessions during the semester and also during the semester break for students and staff facing challenges in their studies, at work and in their private lives. Workshops 'on demand' on various topics such as stress management, mindfulness, resilience or procrastination can be requested at any time. The offer is free of charge. Prevention of Sexual Harassment: confidants
The three Lucerne universities offer a joint service for persons affected by sexual harassment. Any form of sexual harassment at a place of work or study is unacceptable and will result in appropriate measures and sanctions. Affected persons have the opportunity to receive quick and competent support by contacting one of the four confidants. More info

Call for papers
