Research Magazine Horizons
The research magazine "Horizons" reports four times a year on relevant Swiss research and discusses current science policy issues.

Open Science Prize 2024
Do you use Open Science in practice in your teaching?
Are you an Open Science pioneer in your subject?
Do you, or are you planning to, make data or code freely accessible as part of your research/dissertation project?
The Open Science Prize will be awarded for the third time in autumn 2024. Applications can be submitted now: Employees or research teams at the University of Lucerne have to apply until 30 June 2024 for the Open Science Prize of the University of Lucerne, which is endowed with CHF 500. Colleagues can also be nominated.
The prize is awarded to researchers/researcher teams at the University of Lucerne who are committed to Open Science. All aspects of Open Science will be considered, including Open Research Data, Open Source, Open Educational Resources (OER), Open Access or Citizen Science.

MOL Meetings
The MOL meetings offer a place to exchange ideas and network within the academic mid-level. In addition, we regularly organise events on relevant topics for the academic mid-level staff. Three meetings take place during the semester. The Fall semester dates will be communicated by the end of the summer and will be reported on our website in the Events section.
