Dear members of the academic mid-level faculty
The MOL General Assembly on May 22, 2024 is important. Here you can find out about the participation of the MOL in academic self-administration, elect representatives to university committees or become active yourself. The organization and administration of a university is the responsibility of its employees. For this so-called "academic self-administration", the active participation of the non-professorial teaching staff in university committees is essential and enormously important. This is the only way we can help shape the university and create attractive conditions for research and teaching. Challenges often arise not from a lack of opportunities or resources, but from the difficulties of managing these resources effectively and ensuring good communication between all those involved.
Keep reading the newsletter to find out more about the open positions, but also about MOL projects, the University of Lucerne's Open Science efforts or upcoming events.
With warm regards, Your MOL Board
Tess Bardy (GMF for VPF), Katharina Dölp (WF), Matteo Frey (TF), Lea Keller (Treasurer, RF), Aline Leimann (RF), Alexander Ort (GMF), Antonia Steigerwald (KSF)
