NEWS FROM OUR REPRESENTATIVES AND WORKING GROUPS
AG Women* in Academia: Retreat
Join us for an enriching multi-day stay at the Women* in Academia Retreat, which will take place at Rigi Klösterli from January 30 to February 3, 2024. The retreat is open to all young female* academics at the University of Lucerne and will provide a great opportunity for writing and networking, as well as sessions on presentation techniques, work-life balance, and much more for female* academics. Accommodation and meals are provided by the WiA - travel costs are the responsibility of the participants. The accommodation will be self-catering, i.e. participants will take turns preparing meals in groups. If you are interested in participating (even for just a few days), please send an email to gslremove-this.@remove-this.unilu.ch with "WiA Retreat" in the subject line by December 22nd at noon the very latest.
*Women* in Academia and this retreat are financially supported by the Gender Equality Commission of the University of Lucerne. Ideas for the supporting program during the retreat are welcome and can be sent to gslremove-this.@remove-this.unilu.ch.
