The results have been shared with various committees of our university, including the university management, the faculty managers, the deans and at  a MOL meeting. The results have generated significant interest and led to a wide, open and constructive discussion. This highlights our university's dedication to a continuous improvement of the mid-level's working conditions and to creating an inclusive and supportive environment.

It's important to note that presenting the results is just the beginning. We are actively developing and implementing targeted measures to address the concerns of the mid-level. These include ongoing discussions with relevant stakeholders, revising guidelines and creating resources to improve working conditions and promote equal opportunities in the faculties and chairs.
