Survey on the quality of service offered by the ZHB Lucerne
The ZHB Lucerne with its 4 libraries is carrying out a survey on the quality of the service it offers. Your participation in the survey will support the ZHB Lucerne in its efforts to further optimise the quality of its services. Your needs and wishes are decisive factors in deciding which services we offer. We would therefore very much appreciate if you could take 10-15 minutes of your time to complete the following questions: bit.ly/zhbumfrage17 You can participate in the survey until the 12th March 2017. To take part in the survey we recommend that you use a desktop or tablet (no smartphones). Participation in the survey can be done anonymously and is of course voluntary. Many thanks in advance!
