New class times in place from the autumn semester 2016

From the autumn semester 2016 onwards, the University of Lucerne will change the times of its classes. The new schedule will see classes running continuously on a two-hourly basis from 8am until 8pm.

This change was made in consultation with the student organisation SOL, which welcomes this new schedule.

The planning of classes for the autumn semester is currently underway. The class times will be visible in the electronic lecture schedule (May 2016).

Semester Info in German or English

Distribution of the Semester Info is done in either German or English.

If necessary, you can change your language within UniPortal (German or English). The language you opt for will then apply to all of the bilingual communication that is sent out by the University of Lucerne.

The Semester Info provides you with official announcements and information from the Executive Board of the University at the beginning and end of each semester. 
The faculties will contact you directly with information about lectures and your course of study.

An invitation to the Lucerne City Run

All students and university staff are cordially invited to participate and be a part of the 'Uni-Luzern-Team' in the Lucerne City Run which takes place on Saturday, 30^th April. You have the opportunity to choose from three different distances ranging from 1.5 to 5.6 kilometres. The participation is free of charge.
