Céline Bolliger hat an der Universität Bern Psychologie studiert. Sie absolvierte ein Masterstudium in Psychologie mit Schwerpunkt Gesundheitspsychologie und Verhaltensmedizin an der Universität Bern. Im Rahmen ihrer Masterarbeit entwickelte sie eine quantitative Studie zur Untersuchung des Einflusses von induzierter Angst auf die Beurteilung von Gesichtern in Bezug auf Gesundheit, Attraktivität und potentielle Partnerschaft. Während ihres Masters arbeitete sie an einem fächerübergreifenden Forschungsprojekt zwischen der Universität Bern und dem Inselspital Bern. Im Juni 2021 hat sie an der Universität Luzern ihre Doktorarbeit im Rahmen des Projekts "Krebs im Jugend- und jungen Erwachsenenalter: Epidemiologie und psychosoziale Gesundheit von Survivors" begonnen. Ihre Forschung konzentriert sich auf mögliche positive Ergebnisse bei AYA-Krebsüberlebenden.
