Immediately or by agreement, the Health Services Research Team at the Faculty of Health Sciences and Medicine at the University of Lucerne is looking for a
Statistician/Mathematician for 3 months (60%)
Responsibilities
- Developing of statistical approaches to error-in-variable models to facilitate the analysis of health care data
Requirements
- Master's degree or Ph.D. in statistics, mathematics, physics, or a related field
- Interest in developing Bayesian statistical methods for applications in health sciences and medicine
- Ability to work independently and in a goal-oriented manner
- Willing to commit to a small but interesting project for three months with the prospect of further collaboration
- Good knowledge of German or English
