The integrated Cultural Studies programme combines subject-specific training, interdisciplinarity and free choice: one of the subjects involved in the course – Cultural and Social Anthropology, History, Jewish Studies, Philosophy, Political Sciences, Study of Religions, Sociology and Science Studies – is chosen as a major. In addition, students set their own specialisations by selecting courses from the entire course catalogue offered by the participating subjects. Professional opportunities are available within the major as well as at the interface between cultural creation, science, the public, the media, the economy and politics.
