Pfarreiblatt Sursee: "Hans Kueng and the Weltethos project"

The Catholic theologian Hans Kueng, born on March 19, 1928, founded the "Weltethos" project, which is committed to interreligious and intercultural dialogue. The project and thinking of the theologian, who died last year, are discussed and further developed in the framework of the annual "Hans Kueng – Weltethos Lecture".

The "Stiftung Weltethos Schweiz" in collaboration with the Institute of Social Ethics ISE and the Ecumenical Institute of the Faculty of Theology of the University of Lucerne will invite to an annual public "Hans Kueng – Weltethos Lecture" starting in autumn 2022. The "Hans Kueng – Weltethos Lecture" will take place on the last Monday in November - for the first time on Monday, November 28, 2022, 18.30h at the University of Lucerne.
