The "CAS in Leading Complex Operations and Transformations” focuses on strategic leadership. It aims at inspiring leaders and managers to optimise theirn capacity and flexibility in complex operations and to lead change and transformation according to organisational strategies.
The course can be undertaken as an independent module or as part of the "MAS in Humanitarian Leadership" programme.

Facilitation | Being a practitioner-oriented programme, the CAS uses a blended learning approach: self-study with selected readings, individual coaching, reflexive questions, case studies, flipped classroom, group/team exercises, journaling, oral presentations, reflective writing, work-based learning. |

The admission for this study programme is restricted to persons working for the ICRC, the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC), or national Red Cross / Red Crescent Societies.
