The course "Certificate of Advances Studies (CAS) in Leading by Example" focuses on the individual sphere and aims at inspiring leaders and managers in carrying a positive attitude and appropriate conduct to the workplace as well as conveying multidisciplinary operational knowledge.
The "CAS in Leading by Example" course may be undertaken as an independent module or as part of the "MAS in Humanitarian Leadership" programme.

Facilitation | Being a practitioner-oriented programme, the CAS uses a blended learning approach: self-study with selected readings, individual coaching, reflexive questions, case studies, flipped classroom, group/team exercises, journaling, oral presentations, reflective writing, work-based learning. |

The admission for this study programme is restricted to persons working for the ICRC, the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC), or national Red Cross / Red Crescent Societies.
