Jan Thomas Otte is a tech-theologian, working as an evangelist on #ResponsibleAI topics in the fields of digital ethics, agile leadership and transformation journeys. 

Studies in business ethics at Princeton in the US (post.-grad. Master) and theology at Ruprecht-Karls-Universität Heidelberg in Germany (Diplom). Jan is a trained journalist with a scholarship from the Konrad Adenauer Foundation.

Several years of professional experience on C-level at Accenture (Management Consulting) and Swisscom (Enterprise Customers). Project management and management of large-scale IT transformation projects in the banking sector in Switzerland. Besides the financial services industry, focus on life sciences - especially medical diagnostics for pandemics (before Covid-19). 

Cross-industrial experience in business development and organisational design, strategic communication, change management and coaching.

Teaching at University of Applied Science in Konstanz (HTWG) on #ResponsbleAI and executive education and leadership development at Digethic, a startup-business school in Munich: Module «Digital Ethics» and «Digital Leadership».
