Protecting the Rights of the Child in the Field of «AI» with «RCBDS»

In order to protect all children worldwide online and offline as well as in the area of “data-based systems” (DS), children's rights must be respected, protected, implemented, and realized within the entire life cycle and value-chain process of DS. In his new article in the Berkeley Journal of International Law, Peter G. Kirchschlaeger proposes the concept of “Rights of the Child-Based Data-Based Systems” (RCBDS).
