Lucerne Graduate School in Ethics LGSE
Thanks to third-party research funding, the Lucerne Graduate School in Ethics LGSE at the Institute of Social Ethics ISE of the Faculty of Theology of the University of Lucerne offers targeted individual advancement, intensive support for individual research projects, and the exchange of content and methodology between doctoral and postdoctoral candidates to ensure the mutual enrichment of individual research. As well as the completion of a related doctoral thesis and postdoctoral research, the associated doctoral and postdoctoral programme also includes joint study projects, public defences, and selective involvement in communicating scientific concepts, theories, discussion approaches, and results. In addition to academic training, therefore, candidates will also be able to practice and hone their skills in team research and further develop a culture of communication for their field.
In addition to the weekly LGSE-Research-Colloquia, external faculty enriches on a regular basis the Lucerne Graduate School in Ethics LGSE.
