Themes from the Philosophy of Religion: 1st Master PhilTeR Student and Alumni Conference

Join us, online or in person, as students and alumni of the Online Master’s in Philosophy, Theology, and Religions showcase their groundbreaking research in Contemporary Philosophy of Religion!

Date: 10 April 2025
Time: 13.25 h to 17.45 h
Location: Unilu: Raum 3. B 58 / Zoom

The philosophy of religion is a cornerstone of today’s philosophical landscape. Over the past century, it’s evolved from an emphasis on epistemology to a deeper focus on metaphysics. Recently, the spotlight has expanded beyond Christian philosophy to explore the rich insights of other world religions. Moreover, the growing demand for integrating this research with fields like Psychology, Physics, Neuroscience, and even Artificial Intelligence has never been more evident.

In response to this exciting challenge, Lucerne's Center for Theology and Philosophy of Religions (TheiRs) launched the Online Master's in Philosophy, Theology, and Religions, proudly celebrating its first graduates in the summer of 2025.

The student and alumni conference will highlight the innovative research and interdisciplinary insights from graduates of the program, showcasing their contributions to the evolving landscape of the philosophy of religion.
