Professor Bernhard Rütsche teaches the key areas of general administrative law and public procedural law, health law (incorporating medical ethics and bioethics), and public business law. Professor Rütsche’s chair is connected to the Center for Law & Health (CLH), which is home to a variety of research projects related to health and medical law.  Furthermore, since 1st August 2022, Professor Bernhard Rütsche is Vice Rector for University Development.
