Teona Kvirikashvili is a Georgian lawyer. She graduated with an LL.B. Honors degree from Tbilisi State University (TSU) in 2016, and subsequently studied for a Master in International Law (MIL) at the University of St. Gallen (HSG), which she successfully completed in 2019. While studying at the HSG, she was a recipient of the prestigious STARR Scholarship Award for academic excellence as a distinguished international student.
Ms. Kvirikashvili has work experience in diplomacy (U.S. Embassy in Georgia, British Embassy in Georgia, Peace Corps Mission), in the humanitarian sector (Georgian Red Cross) and at an international law firm (Hogan Lovells).
From November 2020 to September 2022, Ms. Kvirikashvili was Director of Studies for the CAS in arbitration, a joint postgraduate programme run by the University Lucerne and the University of Neuchatel in collaboration with the Swiss Arbitration. Since October 2022, she is a Research Assistant at the Chair for Legal Sociology, Legal Theory and Private Law, and is currently working on her PhD thesis on Artificial Intelligence and Intellectual Property Law under the supervision of Prof. Vagias Karavas.
