Prof. Dr. Martina Caroni, LL.M. (Yale)

The primary teaching and research interests of Professor Martina Caroni are Migration Law, International Law, Human Rights Law, International Humanitarian Law and Constitutional Law (with particular focus on political rights, fundamental rights and organisational law). Since April 2023 Martina Caroni is president of the National Commission for Prevention of Torture (NKVF).
