Digital Technologies and Trade Governance (NCCR Trade Regulation)
DURATION OF THE PROJECT: September 2011 - June 2016
This project, led by PD Dr. Mira Burri, examined the implications and effects of new digital technologies to trade governance frameworks, governance mechanisms and international trade regulation. The research focused on fields such as intellectual property protection, government procurement and the regulation of new emerging technologies.
The project was a part of the National Centre of Competence in Research (NCCR): Trade Regulation, hosted by the World Trade Institute (WTI) of the University of Bern.
