Antonia Steigerwald is research associate at the Department of Sociology and phd candidate in the SNSF project “Digital payments: Making payments personal and social”.
Until August 2021, she worked as a research assistant at the Institute for Communication and Marketing at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts. There she was active in continuing education, research and consulting on topics such as digital communication management, agile organizational development and online communities. She completed her master's degree at the University of Lucerne in 2018 with a thesis on socio-technical innovations in the sharing economy. From 2015-2018 Antonia worked as a Digital Communication Manager at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts and from 2013-2015 as a Community Manager at Blogwerk AG.
