During his studies in International Relations and International Economics at Jacobs University Bremen (2009 to 2012) and at Johns Hopkins University in Bologna and Washington D.C. (2012 to 2014), Maximilian Lüth focused on questions of climate, energy and environmental politics.
After completion of his master degree, he worked as a consultant in the German and European energy business where he dealt with the issues of energy transition and security of supply.
Since September 2018, Maximilian Lüth is a PhD candidate with Prof. Lena Maria Schaffer at the University of Lucerne engaged in the SNF research project "Beyond Policy Adaption".
