Hannah Fasnacht has been a lecturer and researcher at the Department of Philosophy at the University of Lucerne since 1 August 2023. She has studied philosophy and film studies at the University of Zurich, with exchange stays in Paris and Berlin. From 2019 to 2023, she has been recipient of an eikones Graduate school fellowship from the University of Basel where she pursued her PhD in philosophy. In the academic year 2021/22, she was a visiting doctoral student at New York University and at Birkbeck College London as part of an SNSF Doc.Mobility fellowship.
