We are very pleased to welcome Dr pharm. Salome von Greyerz with us. Salome von Greyerz is the Head of the Division "Gesundheitsversorgung und Berufe" of the Federal Office of Public Health (FOPH). She studied pharmacy, obtained a doctorate in immunology and completed postgraduate programmes in applied ethics and healthcare management. She has held various management positions at the FOPH since 2002 and has gained a great deal of experience in dealing with various health policy issues. Among other things, von Greyerz is currently responsible for the implementation of the care initiative.

The title of her presentation is:

Strategie Gesundheit 2030 – Perspektiven für die Gesundheitsversorgung in der Schweiz 

In December 2019 - shortly before the start of the Covid-19 pandemic - the Federal Council adopted the Health 2030 health policy strategy. With the follow-up strategy to Health 2020, the Federal Council outlines how it intends to deal with the major social challenges and developments to ensure that healthcare remains accessible and sustainably affordable for all. Almost five years and a pandemic later, the question arises as to whether the challenges and goals mentioned at the time are still valid from a professional perspective. The presentation will focus on the further development of healthcare and centre on topics such as coordinated care, interprofessionalism and future challenges in the area of education and training for healthcare professionals.

Followed by a discussion/panel:
With impulse on the topic «Zukunftsfähige ambulante Grundversorgung – Vision Health 2040» by Prof. Dr. Andreas Balthasar.
