Seraina M. Schilliger earned her diploma in translation in four languages from Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW) and as well as an Executive MBA – Marketing from University of Applied Sciences in Business Administration Zurich (HWZ). In April 2024, she was appointed Program Lead of the Master of Advanced Studies in Effective Leadership at the University of Lucerne in collaboration with the Army's Higher Cadre Training HKA. Prior to that, she worked for over 15 years in the financial industry in marketing, distribution and project management for various large corporations and start-ups in Switzerland and abroad – among which Franklin Templeton, Investment Navigator and most recently Vontobel Asset Management. In 2019, she founded her own company Roos Blossom Ltd where, as an empowerment coach, she supports women in career transition.
