Sarah Kost completed her Bachelor of Arts in Economics at the University of Lucerne in 2021 and completed her Master's degree with a focus on "Market-Oriented Management" in 2023, also at the University of Lucerne.
Since March 2023, Sarah Kost has been employed as a doctoral student and research assistant at Prof. Dr. Bruno Staffelbach's Center for Human Resource Management at the University of Lucerne. In her doctorate, she is focusing primarily on the topics of talent identification, communication of talent management and transparency in organizational communication as part of an SNSF-funded research project on talent management.
