Naemi Jacob, MSc
CV
Naemi Jacob completed her Bachelor's degree in Psychology at the University of Lausanne and her Master's degree in Psychology at the University of Zurich. During and after her studies, she completed several internships in Switzerland and abroad and worked in various companies in the private sector. Since February 2020, Naemi Jacob has been working in research and teaching as a research assistant and doctoral candidate at the Center for Human Resource Management of Prof. Dr. Bruno Staffelbach at the University of Lucerne. For her PhD, she is collecting data in a SNF-funded project on talent identification. Her research focuses on unconscious cognitive biases in talent management decisions.
