Reto Wegmann studied Computer Science at Zurich’s University of Applied Sciences, Military Affairs at the Military Academy at ETH Zurich and International Relations at FU Berlin. He achieved his doctorate on the performance of temporary organizations at University of Lucerne. His professional experience include various management positions in the private sector and in a crisis organization of the federal administration. He is member of the expert pool “security” of the Swiss Humanitarian Aid Unit, and of the United Nations Disaster Assessment and Coordination system. His researched and published on temporary organizations, leadership, and duty of care.
