Dr. Manuela Morf
CV
Manuela Morf is a lecturer at the University of Lucerne and a researcher at the Military Academy (MILAC) at ETH Zurich. Her teaching and research focus on leadership, self-management, human resource management, and research methodology.
Manuela Morf earned her PhD in Management from the University of Zurich and deepened her knowledge in work psychology during a stay at Erasmus University Rotterdam. She then led several research projects at the Center for Human Resource Management (CEHRM) at the University of Lucerne. Among others, she developed a training app using a participatory approach to enhance people's skills for flexible work arrangements (such as project work or freelancing). Currently, she is researching what leaders need to lead effectively and how they can successfully shape and transform organizations.
Her accomplishments include grants from the Swiss National Science Foundation, publications in international journals and outlets for practitioners, and a certificate in higher education didactics. More information can be found on Manuela Morf's profiles on ORCID and LinkedIn.
