The Center for Human Resource Management (CEHRM) provides a platform for innovative research, outstanding teaching and an intense dialog between science and practice in the area of human resource management. The purpose of the Center is to explore and address current and future human resource management challenges and secure knowledge transfer to the current and next generation of leaders and decision-makers.
The Center for Human Resource Management (CEHRM) engages in collaborations in well-recognized Swiss and global research platforms and networks. As a scientific partner for companies and public institutions, the Center provides the community of practice with relevant and applied research and promotes evidence-based practices.
In research, the Center is committed to investigate and address current and future challenges in human resource management. In teaching, the Center for Human Resource Management (CEHRM) strives to combine problem-based learning with critical thinking, practical application with scientific evidence and academic excellence with moral responsibility. In services, the Center seeks to build and maintain bridges between practice and research and to contribute to the academic self-management of the University.
