The Faculty of Behavioural Sciences and Psychology considers quality management (QMS), namely striving for quality assurance and development, to be an essential foundation for all of its academic activities – research, teaching, further training, promoting young talent and other services.

The faculty, as part of the University of Lucerne, therefore commits to ensuring the highest quality standards and to raising awareness of these within the university.

The faculty's quality management is based on the strategic goals of the university’s quality assurance and development and focuses on the university-wide QMS guidelines. This is also a prerequisite for the university’s accreditation under the Higher Education Act (HEdA).
