Inaugural Lectures 2025: Four Perspectives for the Future of Health

Four perspectives – one vision: In a joint inaugural lecture, the new assistant professors from the Faculty of Health Sciences and Medicine present their research in four short talks. They provide insights into current projects and demonstrate how innovative approaches are shaping the future of research and practice in healthcare.

Four assistant professorships were established at the Faculty of Health Sciences and Medicine in 2024. In their inaugural lectures, our faculty members will provide insights into current projects and findings from research and healthcare practice and debate them with each other and the audience. The four short lectures are characterized by the diversity of innovative and interdisciplinary research on pressing issues in the healthcare sector. Four different perspectives, all of which contribute to the faculty’s vision: To enhance individual and community health, functioning, and well-being.

The short lectures will be held in English. The event is free and open to the public. After the presentation, there will be an opportunity to chat over drinks and snacks
