Workshop: Digital Public Health & Neuromuscular Diseases

The aim of this workshop is to innovate and exchange about digital public health solutions to improve communication and innovative care in the context of neuromuscular diseases.

The workshop will 1) explore how digital tools can enhance patient empowerment and health literacy in NMD contexts, 2) Discuss the design and implementation of chatbots for delivering sensitive medical information, 3) Identify challenges and opportunities for integrating digital health solutions into Switzerland’s decentralized healthcare system, and 4) Foster dialogue on integrating digital health platforms for neuromuscular diseases, focusing on best practices from Electronic Patient Record (EPR) initiatives.

In addition to the scheduled keynote speeches and plenary discussions, the program will include breakout sessions for extended discussions.
